"Nice and Clean Overall"
The bathroom was really clean, which I always notice first. Towels were good too, soft enough and not those thin scratchy ones. The shower worked fine, but it did feel a little cramped, like I kept bumping around more than I wanted to. Still, overall it was a decent bathroom setup

So... I had a question about my booking and they got back to me really fast. No runaround or unnecessary hassle, they just sorted it out. I really appreciated how easy the whole thing was.

"Decent stay, but housekeeping was hit or miss"
Stayed here for a few nights and overall it was fine, nothing terrible. The room itself was comfortable enough, and I did notice little things like the sheets being tucked in neatly one day and the bathroom counter actually wiped down, which I appreciated. But housekeeping was inconsistent. One day everything looked great, then the next day we came back and the towels hadn’t been replaced, the small trash can by the desk was still full, and the used cup on the sink was still sitting there. Not the end of the world, but for the price, those little details started to stand out and felt a bit annoying.

I stayed at a Kimpton last weekend and, i was kind of expecting the parking situation to be annoying. But it was way easier than I thought. The signs were clear when we pulled up, and the valet was quick both times we needed the car. No driving in circles, no confusing garage setup, no standing around forever waiting, which was a relief after a long drive. Little things like that can really ruin a stay, so I was glad this didn’t.

"Our Latest Stay Was So Easy With Our Dog"
We just stayed at a Kimpton with our dog, it’s fresh in my mind because it was such an easy experience. No awkward looks, no feeling like we were bothering anyone, everyone was really sweet to him. They even had pet-friendly stuff ready to go, which made the whole trip feel way less stressful. It genuinely felt like pets were welcome, not just tolerated. Based on this stay, I’d definitely book with them again.

The gym was nice and had about what I needed for a decent workout. The room itself was okay, but the stuff in it felt kind of basic overall. Not a bad stay, just nothing too exciting around the room.

"Pretty average stay overall"
The staff were friendly and greeted us when we walked in, which was nice, and check-in was fine. But that was about it. Nothing really stood out service-wise after that. It wasn’t a bad stay by any means, just average. For the price, I kind of expected a little more, so that part felt a bit ridiculous

"Really comfortable stay"
I stayed at a Kimpton last week and had a really good time with the accessible room. The roll-in shower was easy to use and it wasn’t feeling cramped at all. The front desk also make sure we were close to the elevator, which helped a lot. I asked a few questions and the staff didn’t make it weird or awkward, and I really appreciated that. Booking on kimptonhotels.com was simple too. Overall, I felt comfortable the whole stay

"I don’t remember every detail of…"
I don’t remember every detail of the check-in, but I do remember this part clearly: they upgraded me without me even asking. It was such a nice surprise and made the whole stay feel a little more special. Little things like that definitely stick with me.

"Super Easy Checkout"
Checkout was so smooth and quick, which was a huge relief because I had an early flight and was kind of rushing. The front desk already had everything ready, emailed my receipt right away, and there were no random charges or waiting around. The staff was really nice too, even that early in the morning. Great experience overall, I’d definitely stay here again...

"Easy booking, but security felt a little loose"
I booked through Kimpton Hotels, the site worked just fine, no weird popups, no confusing steps, nothing like that. Payment felt normal, and I got my confirmation really quickly, which I appreciated. Once I got to the hotel, the front desk staff was polite, and everything seemed organized. The only thing I didn’t love, was that people seemed able to walk near the elevators without much checking. Maybe that’s normal, but late at night, it made me feel a little unsure. The room lock worked fine, and staff did seem to be around, so it wasn’t a bad experience. I just think the security could feel a bit tighter, especially for guests coming back in later

"I went in not expecting much, honestly…"
I went in not expecting much, honestly, figured I’d be hearing doors slamming, people in the hallway, cars outside, the usual hotel stuff. But nope, totally wrong. The room was surprisingly quiet at night, and I slept great both nights. I’d book again just for that.

"Wi-Fi was solid for my work trip"
I was at a Kimpton for a work trip recently, just for a short stay, and the Wi-Fi ended up being better than I expected. I had a few video calls, kept up with emails, and uploaded some files without it cutting out randomly. It connected fast on both my phone and laptop too. I can’t really speak to much else since I was mostly working, but the internet worked, and that was basically all I needed.

"Everything was in good shape"
I stayed here for two nights everything was fine. The bathroom was clean, the AC was quiet, and I didn’t run into any random broken things or annoying maintenance issues. To be fair, I’m not saying it was some luxury stay, but you can tell they actually keep up with repairs and take care of the place.

"Great spot for dinner and drinks"
I had dinner and a couple drinks here and really enjoyed it. The staff was relaxed but still quick with everything, which I appreciated. The bartender even remembered my order, and that was a nice little touch.
